Andy Casserley and Ian Pittaway sing and play bray harp, recorders, rebec, gittern, oud, shawm, saz, simfony, and psaltery, to name but a few. Their great love of traditional music suits them ideally to convey Early Music & song to folk musicians.

This participatory workshop will cover 16th century dance music, instruments, songs and improvisation techniques for voice and any instrument, using historical research that can be applied to music in any style - including folk. No previous experience of early music is necessary. Some music will be sent in advance.
