Graeme & Jim are two of the country's best singers of sea songs, shanties & other work songs. They are favourites at maritime festivals here & abroad in Poland, the Netherlands, the USA & Canada. Both sang for many years with the great Johnny Collins.
The workshop will cover the history and usage of these great songs - what they are, where they come from and how they are used and sung. An informative, instructive and, sometimes, hilarious workshop culminating in a big singing session. Audience participation essential!
