Dave is one of our finest English concertina players & an experienced workshop leader. He also plays fiddle & accordion & sings. He�s well known for his work with The Mellstock Band & Hands On Music Weekends.
Gill is a dazzling cello player who brings an amazing versatility and inventiveness to traditional music. She has performed with classical ensembles, dance bands, theatre, and has given many courses and workshops.
Their duo album New Road to Alston has garnered splendid reviews.

The workshop is for any instrument to play Dave�s splendid, joyful Village Band arrangements of traditional dance tunes in four or five parts, based on those found in country musicians� manuscript books. Some music will be sent out in advance.
